Believe

These images came from a project I did in the genre of abundance at Arizona State University. The exercise was to take 250 plus pictures every day for five days, and at the end of the five days, you would cull the photos and organize them into some theme or story. In those five days, I traveled around The United States, taking pictures. After analyzing all the images, I had taken during the fall of 2020. I notice that my camera was drawn to the homelessness across our nation in our cities. In this electrified and divided political atmosphere that was happening all around us, I couldn't take my camera off of all the people surrounding us in every community that are the silent population that so desperately needs our help. I couldn't stop and wonder if we stopped with all the division and hatred and political emotions and focus on our sick, our tired, and our poor homeless every time I saw one of the homeless on the street.
